Job summary

Kitar in South Jakarta is seeking a store operations professional to manage manpower planning, set KPIs, and drive retailer performance across multiple stores. You will develop and implement SOPs, and deliver training to store teams while optimizing CRM and lead follow-up to improve conversions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in retail operations, with willingness to travel and be based at the Head Office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or related role; retail electronics a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, manpower planning and performance management.
• Experience developing SOPs and training store teams is a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination.

• Good understanding of retail KPIs, manpower planning, and performance management.
• Experience in developing SOPs and training store teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with frontline store teams.
• Willing to travel/visit stores in different cities.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, South Jakarta
