Job summary

MAP Tech seeks a detail-oriented Retail Operations Executive to optimize our store network from Jakarta. You will bridge Head Office and stores, ensuring consistent standards and successful execution of initiatives across locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating regional operations, monitoring KPIs, implementing SOPs, driving process improvements, and delivering data-driven reporting to management. A bachelor's degree and multi-store experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Retail Operations.
• Experience coordinating multi-store operations with Area Managers and Head Office.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and identify improvements.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with reporting experience.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations Coordination with regional and store teams.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs; lead improvement actions.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed across stores.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and manage projects.
• Prepare regular operational reports and insights for management.
