Job summary

Blibli is hiring for Sales & Retail Operations Staff in Bandung to oversee day-to-day performance of a cluster of stores, ensure targets are met, and coach Store Supervisors. You will bridge Head Office and stores, safeguard inventory, and uphold service standards across multiple locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field with 2–3 years of experience in multi-store retail operations, a hands-on leadership style, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience leading Store Supervisors/Managers across multiple locations.
• Strong retail operations, inventory, and SOP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the performance of assigned stores to achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, and operational excellence.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, and store profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset protection by implementing stock control procedures and conducting regular stock opname.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Store Supervisors and store teams to improve operational capability and leadership effectiveness.
• Review manpower planning, workforce allocation, and store roster management to ensure optimal operational coverage.
• Lead the operational readiness and hypercare activities for new store openings, ensuring smooth execution during the first operational period.
• Prepare operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance.
