Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in gadget or mobile retail.
• Experience leading retail teams and managing multi-store or area operations.
• Strong English is a plus.
• Willingness to rotate across stores or areas as needed.
• Strong local market knowledge and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
• Monitor area performance, including sales targets and P&L implications.
• Build relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution and customer service standards.
• Coach and develop store teams to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
