Job summary

Asthanesia Holding is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to drive national campaigns across multiple outlets in Indonesia. You will manage in-store branding, merchandising, and activations while analyzing performance data to boost traffic and sales.

The role requires 2+ years in Retail/Marketing, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel within the assigned area. Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute national marketing campaigns and ensure promotional activities are implemented effectively across assigned outlets.
• Monitor in-store branding, POSM, visual displays, and marketing activations according to company standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer traffic.
• Ensure visual merchandising and customer experience are consistently maintained across all outlets.
• Perform routine retail audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to support growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, hotels, travel agents, institutions, and other partners to boost store awareness.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and partnerships that support business objectives.
• Propose innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outlet performance and experience.
• Lead or support pilot projects and new marketing initiatives within the assigned area.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign execution, store performance, insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
