Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the frontline voice for our outdoor products in Jawa Barat. You will advise customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable gear to enhance their outdoor experiences.

The role requires good communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to work shifts, including holidays. Immediate joining is preferred to support store operations near EIGER stores across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
