Job summary

Cermaticom is seeking a field sales supervisor in Jakarta Pusat to drive partner sales targets and ensure programs meet objectives. The role demands strong retail connections and hands-on leadership of field teams across partner sites.

You will visit at least five POS daily, coordinate with partner operations, and deliver both offline and online training to keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1+ years experience as a supervisor in the retail electronics industry.
• Strong network in the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High mobility and travel readiness.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with client sales force.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in the area.
• Make 5 POS visits every day.
• Ensure the program in the area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales information, competitor insights and field issues.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conduct field team training with partners (offline/online).
