Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in retail store operations and management.
• Store staff or experience consultants from consumer electronics industry.
• Experience in managing a team of more than five members; strong sales and team management understanding.
• Communicative, customer focus and problem solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operation management, ensuring compliance with services regulations and store image standards.
• Drive sales/revenue targets, manage inventory and daily orders, analyze performance metrics.
• Develop staff capabilities, train team on products and sales techniques, and motivate performance.
• Enhance consumer experience by upholding service standards and coordinating with store leadership to address customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, educate customers about products, and strengthen brand awareness in the region.
