Job summary

Pt. Makmur Cipta Rasa is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for its Samarinda location to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will lead a motivated sales team, oversee stock, merchandising, and cash handling while fostering a positive, productive work environment in East Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staff management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives, motivate the sales team, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are well-presented.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting stock checks.
• Train and mentor new and existing sales associates, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
• Handle cash management and point-of-sale operations.
