Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is hiring a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life at the point of sale. You will lead in-store activation, build partnerships with retailers, and drive distribution across General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Indonesia.

The role requires field-based work, regular travel, and a proactive, analytics-minded mindset to identify opportunities and deliver measurable growth for our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license (SIM C and/or SIM A) required.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail engagement activities to maximize visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers in GT and MT channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure flawless in-store execution in assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to grow business.
• Track performance, address challenges, and deliver tangible results in the field.
