PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong retailer partnerships. You will own in-store visibility, build distribution, and execute campaigns across GT and MT channels.

The role requires willingness to travel, relocate across Indonesia, and work on-site. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

• Win with retailers by building strong partnerships that expand distribution and reach.
• Bring campaigns to life through flawless execution of trade programs and activations.
• Spot the next opportunity by turning market insights into growth actions.
• Drive real results by growing territory performance and consumer reach.
• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
