Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive brand presence and distribution in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This on-site position requires frequent travel across Indonesia to execute trade programs and strengthen retailer partnerships.

You will own the shelf, optimize campaigns, and translate market insights into growth actions, delivering measurable results across your assigned territory.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
