PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life at GT and MT outlets across Indonesia.

This on-site role covers a wide territory and requires travel to partner retailers to ensure optimal in-store execution. You will build strong retailer partnerships, drive campaigns, and translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities while collaborating with sales teams in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) is required or fresh graduates may apply.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, resilient, and quick to learn in field settings.
• Team player who enjoys connecting with people.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and relocate as needed.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A is required.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng
