Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through in-store execution and strong retailer partnerships. You will own shelf visibility, expand distribution, and implement trade programs across GT and MT channels in designated Indonesian markets.

Retail Engagement Executive

Location: Pontianak, Sintang, Banjarmasin, Barabai, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bone, Pare-Pare-Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ambon & Ternate

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week

• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
