PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through in-store execution and strong partnerships with GT and MT retailers.

This on-site role requires willingness to travel across Indonesia and manage a broad territory, with a focus on maximizing visibility and distribution. The position involves executing trade programs, expanding distribution, and delivering measurable results in the field, backed by strong communication and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with GPA >= 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure execution in assigned territory.

Retail Engagement Executive

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
