PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution.

The role focuses on building strong partnerships in General Trade and Modern Trade channels and ensuring on-site activation across multiple Indonesian markets. This on-site position requires willingness to travel, adapt to a dynamic field environment, and collaborate with retailers to maximize product visibility, distribution, and campaign impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and relocate if needed.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

Retail Engagement Executive

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
