PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in Indonesia seeks a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels.

You will execute trade programs, expand distribution, and travel regularly to cover assigned territories across Indonesia, with relocation as needed for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Agile, resilient, and quick to learn.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
