Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to energize our on-site sales network across GT and MT. You will own shelf visibility, build retailer partnerships, and execute trade programs in Malang and wider Indonesia, with regular field travel and relocation as needed.

You will collaborate with store teams to expand distribution, track performance, and translate market insights into growth actions, delivering measurable results in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and relocate.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
