Job summary

PMI is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels across Indonesia.

In this on-site role, you will own shelf visibility, expand distribution, build retailer relationships, and travel regularly to your assigned territories, including Probolinggo and other cities listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
