PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels. This on-site role requires traveling across Indonesia to maximize product visibility and availability.

Responsibilities include executing trade programs, expanding distribution, and turning market insights into growth actions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a bachelor's degree and good communication skills.

Retail Engagement Executive

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week

• Own the shelf by maximizing product visibility and availability across GT & MT outlets.

What You'll Do

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
