Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding in-store execution and retailer partnerships. This field-based role requires travel across Indonesia to GT and MT outlets, with on-site work six days a week.

You will own shelf visibility, expand distribution, and implement trade campaigns and activations, while turning market insights into growth actions and measurable results for the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 2.75 or higher.

Location: Pontianak, Sintang, Banjarmasin, Barabai, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bone, Pare-Pare-Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ambon & Ternate

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
