Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to lead in-store execution and partnerships across GT and MT channels. The role requires field presence, relationship-building with retailers, and active travel across Indonesia to expand distribution. Fresh graduates are welcome and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

The position is on-site 6 days per week with potential to relocate for field assignments and growth opportunities within the sales organization.

Location: Pontianak, Sintang, Banjarmasin, Barabai, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bone, Pare-Pare-Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ambon & Ternate
