Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to operate on-site across multiple Indonesian territories. The role focuses on maximizing product visibility, expanding distribution, and building strong retailer partnerships.

You will execute campaigns and trade programs in GT/MT channels, travel regularly, and relocate as needed to drive growth and demand for our brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and relocate across Indonesia.

Location: Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Gresik, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Pamekasan, Denpasar, Singaraja, Kupang, Mataram, Ende & Ruteng

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
