Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive on-site retail execution and build strong partnerships with GT and MT retailers across Indonesia. You will implement campaigns, expand distribution, and identify market opportunities to grow territory performance.

The role requires field travel, on-site work six days a week, and readiness to relocate across Indonesia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a focus on relationship-building and results-driven approach.
