• 1. Regional Store Operation & Sales Management Manage regional store operations, formulate sales plans, deliver sales targets, and expand market share.
• 2. Regional Standardized Operation Execution Implement and audit store operational standards, and track and execute marketing activities to upgrade brand influence.
• 3. Regional Team & Talent Management Lead regional teams, conduct staff training and empowerment, and build a talent echelon.
• 4. Business Communication & Coordination Liaise with regiomal new retail platforms and local partners to drive regional business development.
• 5. Regional Store Planning & Expansion Undertake regional store network planning and store opening work, and complete regional expansion targets via team collaboration.

Job Requirements

• 1. Over 8 years of retail industry experience, 5+ years in regional management, and a consumer electronics background preferred.
• 2. Familiar with international‑market retail operation models, with proven track records in regional business expansion and management.
• 3. Strong regional planning capability, sharp market insight, and accurate judgment of market trends.
• 4. Solid team‑management and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams to deliver targets.
