You will listen to clients’ liquidity needs, explain deposit options clearly, and manage onboarding and rollover plans with a focus on trust and long-term relationships. Strong ethics and client-first service are essential.

Qualificações

• 2 to 4+ years of RM or related banking experience.
• Established community presence and network in retail or small business circles.
• Solid knowledge of retail funding, deposits, and rollover techniques.
• Empathetic listening and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate Retail & Family Partnerships with depositors and local businesses.
• Expand Retail Deposit Portfolios through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver clear, consultative advisory on deposit structures and terms.
• Safeguard long-term capital with onboarding, maturities, and rollover strategies.
• Uphold regulatory excellence with KYC and risk procedures.
