Qualifications

1–2+ years as Funding RM, Deposit Sales Specialist, or Customer Relationship Officer in Banking.
Active connections with individual depositors or affluent retail clients.
Strong knowledge of retail deposit instruments and rate dynamics.
Empathy, listening skills and clear communication.
Commitment to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with individual depositors to grow savings.
Acquire new retail funding accounts through referrals and networking.
Provide personalized deposit advisory tailored to liquidity and growth goals.
Manage portfolio lifecycles with onboarding, maturity management, and reinvestment strategies.
Oversee onboarding and KYC compliance with regulatory standards.
