Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Branding & Promotion in FMCG / Building Materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor Trade Marketing activities at store level to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Manage and implement Merchandising and Branding Activation, ensuring brand presence and compliance with marketing guidelines.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering, providing actionable reports.
Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance to maximise ROI.
Supervise a team and provide coaching for performance improvement.
