Job summary

PT Gudang Ada Globalindo is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist trade marketing activities across promotions, campaigns, and reporting. Based in Tangerang, you will coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate budgeting and documentation.

The role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in business or marketing, plus 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, strong numeracy, and detail orientation are essential to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, preferably Trade Marketing or Sales Admin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of multitasking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain trade promotion budgets, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and update sales reports, promotional performance data, and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams for smooth execution.
• Manage purchase requests, invoices, reimbursements, and other admin documents.
• Monitor POSM inventory and distribution; ensure timely reporting and data entry.
