Job summary

Eatwell Culinary in Dumai seeks a Store Manager & Asst. Store Manager to lead daily operations and supervise teams while upholding SOPs and brand standards.

You will manage sales, labor and cost controls, and oversee opening/closing duties, driving service excellence across outlets. A Diploma in F&B Management and 2+ years leadership in F&B are required, with willingness to relocate within Eatwell Culinary brands.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B services management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; understands financial reports.
• Willing to be placed across all Eatwell Culinary brands and relocated to other outlets.

Responsibilities

• Understand and lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute all operations and services with respect to SOPs and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant and run all daily service operations.
• Study and track sales, control cost of goods, labor costs and other restaurant expenses.
• Strive for excellence in maintaining quality standards and driving brand growth.
