Job summary

PT. KIDETA BOGA MULTIRASA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in Bintaro.

The role requires hands-on leadership of staff, ensuring service quality and consistency, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Candidate should have 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in hotel or Italian venues, proficiency with Word and Excel, and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years experience as restaurant manager.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant environments preferred.
• Experience in Italian restaurants preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro and able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Control all restaurant personnel
• Maintain service quality and consistency
• Oversee operational activities of the entire restaurant
• Organize and administer restaurant activities
• Coordinate with staff periodically
• Control and evaluate menu quality and service performance
• Organize promotion and marketing activities
• Manage and evaluate inventory of supplies
