Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ F&B/culinary experience.
• Alternate: 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management with 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service.
• Ensures compliance with food handling policies and liquor laws.
