Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in hospitality, focused on F&B.
• Culinary/Tourism/Hospitality or F&B management degree is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel to other cities; flexible evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare shift/week reports including staff control, food control and sales.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate marketing promotions and events to drive traffic and sales.
• Coordinate kitchen, bar and waiting staff to work as a team.
• Analyze customer feedback and dining experiences for improvements.
