Job summary

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya is seeking an Assistant Creative Manager to support the Creative Manager in developing and executing creative concepts, campaigns, and branding across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Creative, Branding, Marketing, or related roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Supervisory or coordinator experience is preferred.
• Strong branding and visual communication skills across campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will assist the Creative Manager in developing and executing creative concepts, campaigns, visual communications, and brand initiatives across multiple outlets, while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and creative standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Creative Manager in developing and executing creative concepts, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee creative projects from concept development to execution across multiple outlets.
• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review creative outputs and ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Support the Creative Manager in maintaining and strengthening the company’s visual identity and brand consistency.
• Provide creative solutions and ideas based on current trends, consumer preferences, and business needs.
• Assist in coordinating photoshoots, content production, events, and other creative activities when required.
• Stay updated on creative, design, social media, and F&B industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Creative, Branding, Marketing, or related roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, content, and creative campaign development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design or creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent is a plus.
• Willing to work closely with multiple outlets and support creative activities as required.
