Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, health and safety standards.
• Experience handling cash, invoices and basic accounting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure staff adhere to policies.
• Lead, train, motivate and supervise staff across service shifts.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
