Job summary

Pt Hm Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Supervisor to support the smooth operation of its Semarang stores. You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, uphold company standards, and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, implementing visual merchandising standards, overseeing opening/closing, handling cash, and training new retail associates to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products accurately.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are maintained.
• Oversee daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, and cash handling support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Train and mentor new retail associates on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
