Job summary

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa in Bali invites seasoned hospitality leaders to join as Resident Manager, overseeing the iconic beachfront resort and upholding the brand's refined Balinese hospitality.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, drive performance with guest satisfaction and business success, and represent the resort to guests, partners, and the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident Manager, or at least 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager in an international 5-star hotel.
• Strong preference for candidates with Accor experience and background in operations/management.
• Collaborative and inspiring leader with strong commercial sense and knowledge of Accor brands/ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in premium luxury hospitality with deep guest-experience standards.

• Demonstrate success in premium and luxury hospitality setting with deep understanding of elevated guest expectation and service excellence.
