Job summary

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa - Handwritten Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef for its Cabana Restaurant in Bali. You will manage daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality South American dishes, and lead the culinary team with a strong emphasis on HACCP and hygiene standards.

The role requires local Indonesian candidates with at least 3 years in a similar position, plus leadership and teamwork abilities to drive culinary excellence within a luxury, Accor-backed Hold.

Qualifications
