Job summary

AYANA Komodo is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings across multiple channels and ensure accurate reservation management in Opera PMS. You’ll assist with payments, boat transfers, and upsell hotel services while delivering excellent communication and guest support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, OTA extranets, and WhatsApp; managing bookings in Opera; coordinating payments and LOAs; and coordinating cruise/boat transportation with the operations

Qualifications

• Educational background in Hospitality or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; motivation to learn is valued.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-channel reservations via phone, email, OTA extranets, and WhatsApp.
• Enter and verify bookings in Opera PMS with accuracy.
• Coordinate payments, LOAs, and daily reports; monitor cancellations.
• Assist with boat transfers and upsell hotel services.
• Provide professional guest support and timely responses.
