Job summary

AYANA Komodo is seeking a passionate Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings across multiple channels and ensure accurate reservation management in Opera. You will assist with payments, boat transfers, and upsell hotel services while delivering professional guest support.

Responsibilities

Handle multi-channel inquiries and reservations via phone, email, OTA extranets and WhatsApp.
Enter, update and verify bookings in Opera (PMS) including rate codes and guest preferences.
Coordinate payments, LOAs, cancellations, and daily/no-show reports.
Support boat/transport bookings and liaise with operations for schedules and payments.
Upsell room types and hotel amenities while delivering professional guest communication.
