Job summary

AYANA Komodo Resort is looking for an Assistant Reservation Manager to support our Reservations Department and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead and coach the Reservations Communications team, maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and systems, and work with Front Office and Revenue to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction. This role requires 2+ years in reservations leadership, PMS proficiency, and strong data accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a reservations leadership role in hospitality.
• Proficient in PMS, PABX, and other hotel reservation systems.
• Solid knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Skilled in team coaching, training, and delivering effective feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, coaching, and supervising the Reservations Communication team to ensure consistent service quality and brand standards.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining knowledge of reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, packages, and promos.
• Support applying effective selling strategies, resolving guest complaints, and accurate data input in PMS and other systems.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist in delivering training, preparing schedules, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
