Job summary
Body Factory Bali is hiring for a Reservations & E-Commerce role at our Bali location. You will oversee room reservations, manage online channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb) and direct website bookings, and coordinate with revenue, front office, and housekeeping to optimize occupancy and guest experience.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in reservations, solid knowledge of PMS and OTA extranets, and strong English communication.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in reservations or similar role.
- Experience with PMS, channel management and OTA platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all room reservations, including groups and bookings.
- Monitor booking activity and support revenue decisions.
- Ensure accuracy across PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine systems.
- Maintain data entry and organize booking records and availability.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally with timely resolutions.
- Support revenue management and yield meetings; assist planning.
- Train reservations team and collaborate across departments.
- Assist in preparing Reservations Department Operations Manual.
