Job summary

Body Factory Bali is hiring for a Reservations & E-Commerce role at our Bali location. You will oversee room reservations, manage online channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb) and direct website bookings, and coordinate with revenue, front office, and housekeeping to optimize occupancy and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in reservations, solid knowledge of PMS and OTA extranets, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in reservations or similar role.
• Experience with PMS, channel management and OTA platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all room reservations, including groups and bookings.
• Monitor booking activity and support revenue decisions.
• Ensure accuracy across PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine systems.
• Maintain data entry and organize booking records and availability.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally with timely resolutions.
• Support revenue management and yield meetings; assist planning.
• Train reservations team and collaborate across departments.
• Assist in preparing Reservations Department Operations Manual.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations Management

• Oversee all room reservations, including individual and group bookings, rooming lists, requests, and overbooking situations per company guidelines
• Monitor daily booking activity, pickup trends, cancellations, and booking pace to support revenue decisions
• Ensure accuracy across PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine systems
• Maintain accurate data entry and an organized filing system for booking records, group blocks, and room availability
• Handle guest and internal inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
• Support business planning, forecasting, and participate in revenue management and yield meetings
• Train and guide the reservations team, maintaining strong collaboration across departments
• Assist in preparing and updating the Reservations Department Operations Manual

E-Commerce & Distribution

• Oversee day to day performance of all online distribution channels, including Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and the direct booking website
• Monitor OTA extranets and distribution channels to ensure accurate rates, availability, restrictions, and content
• Manage OTA content and positioning, room descriptions, photos, facilities, policies, and promotions to maximise visibility and conversion
• Develop and support the property's e-commerce strategy to grow online visibility, booking conversion, and direct bookings
• Support direct booking initiatives through website promotions and guest conversion strategies
• Monitor online guest reviews and ratings, coordinating with departments on recurring feedback and improvement opportunities
• Train reservations team members on OTA platforms, digital distribution, and channel management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in reservations
• Strong working knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, OTA extranets, and Booking Engines
• Proactive team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, able to multitask, and calm under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, professional and guest-focused
