Anantara Ubud Bali Resort in Bali is seeking a reservations professional to manage room bookings, cancellations, and guest requests with precision. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, and diligently enter details into the hotel system to keep records up to date.

Collaborating with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management, you will help maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction, while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication throughout all guest

• Experience in hotel reservations.

• Handle room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests.
• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Enter and maintain reservation details accurately in the hotel system.
• Follow up on tentative, waitlist, and unconfirmed reservations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments regarding reservations.
• Assist in upselling to maximize room revenue.
