Job summary

Esmee Villa Management in Bali is hiring a Reservation & Administration Staff to join our team. You will manage online reservations, record bookings, and input guest data using Excel and Google Drive.

You will handle inquiries by online and phone, address complaints, and assist with check-in/check-out data preparation while ensuring guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and experience in reservations are required; Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in reservations or administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage online reservations, receive bookings, and record bookings.
• Input guest data using Excel, Google Drive, and other requests.
• Handle guest inquiries online and by phone.
• Address complaints and find solutions.
• Prepare internal guest data for check-in and check-out process.
• Take care of and assist guest relations and satisfaction.
