Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Bali Spa is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to perform massage, facial and beauty treatments while ensuring client comfort at all times.

You will maintain cleanliness and readiness of spa facilities, deliver personalized guest service, and support a relaxing, high‑quality experience for resort guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of body massage, facial, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all times.
• Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of the Spa facility throughout the day, with attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality of service is maintained.
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation.

Job Description

• Perform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all times
