Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in research operations, team coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and execution skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs, deadlines, and performance targets.
• Able to manage team workloads objectively and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage task allocation and analyst workloads based on priorities, capacity, and deadlines.
• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, SLAs, attendance, and overall performance, and drive follow-up actions where needed.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines, progress tracking, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate team schedules, shifts, meetings, and routine activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and performance gaps, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and operational insights for the Head of Research and Management.
• Support team development, people management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
