Job summary

Astronacci is seeking a People Development professional in Jakarta Pusat to drive growth through learning and development programs, coaching, and mentorship. You will collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance engagement, culture, and performance, while building strong relationships with employees.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years in People/HR development, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
• Good understanding of training, employee development, performance management, competency development, and employee engagement.
• Strong planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation skills for development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Able to build strong relationships with employees and serve as a trusted, people-oriented partner.
• Proactive, structured, collaborative, and demonstrates strong ownership.
• Growth mindset with the ability to understand and address various employee needs and concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Results-oriented and passionate about supporting employee growth, potential, and well-being.
