Job summary

PT Dunia Kimia Jaya is seeking an experienced R&D Manager in West Java to lead product development. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in managing R&D teams within chemicals manufacturing.

You will drive innovation, coordinate with Production and Sales, and ensure projects meet quality, timing, and budget targets while advancing market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position or 5 years of experience as a Manager.
• Experience in managing and developing an R&D team.
• Understanding of products, product applications, and R&D methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage R&D projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and achievement of targets.
• Collaborate with Production and Sales to ensure production efficiency, quality, and alignment with market needs.
• Lead the innovation, development, testing, and validation of products or services.
• Manage machinery/tools, technology risks, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
