Talent Insider is seeking a Research and Development Manager to lead adhesive R&D initiatives in Indonesia. You will oversee projects, drive formulation improvements, and assess how manufacturing equipment influences product performance, ensuring high-quality materials for clients.

As a senior technical leader, you will mentor chemists, collaborate with production teams, and translate research insights into scalable processes that meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in adhesives.
• Strong expertise in adhesive formulation and chemical processes.
• Knowledge of material properties and their impact on product performance.
